So I decided that I have to admit something..... because I believe that the first step to change is admitting you need to change. I am an unorganized person, (I know, I can hear the gasps and the stunned looks on your faces...) but, believe it or not, it's true. I've actually had people (*cough* Clair) tell me to get to a place 15 minutes early, just so I will get there on time. Anyways I kind of had one of those moments when God hit me on the forehead and said "Should'a had a V-8! I guess it was kinda my wakeup call. So I decided that i'm going to get organized! Yes, i am going to go out and get a planner/calendar and I'm going to start calling people back and getting to places on time and life will just be better for everyone involved. I'm most defiantly the kind of person who hates being stressed out. I just like to cruise through life without a care in the world, but usually for me unorganized=stressed out! So I really think God wants me to go for this and I really would like you guys to hold me accountable! If I am ever late or have let you down on something I want you to z-snap at me and say, "Guuuuurrrlllll, you better get ya life in line, cause you be trippen!" That would help a lot.

So the past few weeks in youth we've been talking about children and how we should be more like a child in our walk with God. I have been really thinking about my little sister lately and how she really is a great kid and how much I need to learn from her. Even though she can sometimes get on all of our nerves, she always has a positive attitude and hates it when Bailey and I ever disagree on anything. I work in E-Kids at Hope Community Church and have really changed just by watching the children. Most of the kids during worship really seem to be getting it. They are never afraid to come up to the alter and pray, they always give offering, and are so willing to help out with anything that needs to be done.

There are two big differences I see between children and adults. First of all, adults are always soooo stressed all the time (especially teens when school starts) but kids just go through life having fun and being happy. I mean, with Reagan if you just keep her fed and she gets enough sleep she's as giddy as can be for the whole day. I think we need to always ask ourselves if we are too stressed in life, and if we need to slow down and pay attention to the important things like God and family.

The other big difference is that I see children all the time who are so willing to just be themselves. This is a BIG one for teens because we're always trying to be someone else. Children don't care at all what other people think, they just accept themselves and accept others who need to be accepted. Thats another thing, children are SO accepting of people! Even if another kid doesn't have to coolest clothes or is really shy, kids accept everyone for who they are.

It's really crazy how much we never think about how special kids are. There is no doubt in kids lives, they know God is real and they are willing to just be with him. The children need to be are role models, not the other way around.

Wisdom Teeth Removal

So today i got my wisdom teeth out and it was not fun! I went in their and sat down on the chair of death and started crying because I was so scared! It was soooo embarassing! Then the doctor gave me some stuff that made my whole body tingle and made me black out but i was still conscience. He then asked me if I was still awake and I couldn't answer because it was like an out of body experience. He then proceeded to ask the nurse to get the scapel! I was like... ummm..... im still awake that is the last thing I remember when I fell asleep. Right now I feel fine and I even went to walmart just a second ago but my face is swollen! As you can see from the picture below. Dont make fun of me!!!

I am a huge fan of anchorman, or any movie with Will Ferrell, Enchanted, Narnia, Dreamgirls, Hairspray, Little Miss Sunshine, Pirates of the Carribean, A knights tale, and Disney movies are my favorite!

I read a lot so its hard for me to decide my favorite book but some of them are A Great and Terrible Beauty, A Bride most Begrudging, The Secret Life Of Bees, Captivating, The Chronocles of Narnia, and of course the Bible
